as a consultant, supervisor mediator, mentor and coach. I have many years experience working in this field and wider experience of working in health and social care services as both a practitioner and manager.

Spiral Development
I am inspired by the natural form of the nautilus shell as a symbol for expansion, renewal and potential.
The shell consists of a series of ever larger chambers in which the creature lived for a season until it outgrew the space.
This image represents the desire and capacity to expand and grow in an infinite process as we pass through the stages of life.
Unlocking Potential
The spiral symbolises movement, fluidity and evolution with no beginning and no end. It is a journey of expansion and a journey home. This journey of development is rarely direct; it frequently takes the form of a spiral where we return to the same place until finally we reach a point where we can let it go or live in harmony.
I work at The Nautilus Rooms in Totnes, Devon and in a beautiful location close to Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Torquay and surrounding area. I attract clients who live locally and from Devon, Dorset, Cornwall, Somerset and sometimes further afield.
With organisations Ruth works nationally and internationally.
